Responsibilities

  • Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
  • Coordinate all office logistics
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment
  • Organize and oversee internal and external events
  • Oversee and manage employee onboarding and seat assignments
  • Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs
  • Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
  • Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant OM experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

$100,000-$120,000
