With a team of 30+ dedicated employees and a reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity, we are looking to expand our leadership team with a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to help oversee and improve our day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

The Office Manager will play a key role in keeping our office operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This person will supervise administrative staff, support management, and ensure that communication and workflow between the office and field technicians remains seamless. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, phones, and email communication
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a positive and professional office culture
  • Manage customer inquiries, billing, and service documentation
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and job completion
  • Maintain office systems, procedures, and records to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, timekeeping, and employee communication
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, assisting management in decision-making
  • Support leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role (service industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with scheduling/CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
