We are a construction and consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely, approximately 20-30 hours per week, will take minimal phone calls and primarily communicate via email. We have a bi-weekly company meeting over zoom and would also ask for assistant preparing checks every two weeks. Some in person meetings required but minimal. We can arrange a W2 format or 1099 contract is an option as well.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send outgoing consulting invoices for clients
Manage and categorize incoming construction invoices to be paid, maintain an accounts payable sheet
Manage and balance quickbooks regularly, organize costs
Keep up with insurance requirements for clients needs
Maintain business licensing with approximately 3 states
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
