Chance is a new kind of social app designed to bring people together for real face-to-face conversations. No likes, no scrolling—just meaningful, small-group video chats. We’re looking for warm, grounded, emotionally intelligent hosts to help guide these sessions and create a safe, welcoming space.

As a Chance Host, you’ll be the steady presence in our in-app video sessions—inviting conversation, encouraging connection, and helping people feel at ease. You’ll lightly guide the flow, but mostly let others shine. Think: meditation teacher meets podcast interviewer meets the most grounded person at the party.
