About Dorasti

At Dorasti, we are more than a luxury food company — we are redefining how people experience the world’s finest delicacies, including award-winning caviar and gourmet products. Based in Los Angeles, we serve discerning customers nationwide through our e-commerce platform and wholesale distribution.

By joining our team, you’ll become part of a fast-growing company where every role has a direct impact on our success. We value initiative, accountability, and creativity, and we believe in giving our people the tools and trust to thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional to serve as the Founder’s right hand. This person will act as the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day operations at both the warehouse and business level.

This is a hybrid role: part Operations Manager, part Executive Assistant. You will oversee the packaging and operations team, make sure workflows run smoothly, and step in to resolve issues quickly. At the same time, you’ll support the Founder directly with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks — helping to lift the day-to-day oversight off their shoulders so they can focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight

  • Supervise and support the warehouse team in packaging, fulfillment, and quality control.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently.
  • Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and solve problems quickly.
  • Track inventory levels and flag discrepancies.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and standards of excellence maintained.

Executive Assistant Support

  • Act as the Founder’s right-hand assistant, handling follow-ups, task coordination, and day-to-day organization.
  • Help manage schedules, communications, and priority projects.
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure accountability and alignment.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and summaries for the Founder.
  • Take ownership of routine and operational tasks so the Founder can focus on strategy.
Qualifications & Standards

Required

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience handling customer service tasks: phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff in operations, logistics, or warehouse environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with high professional standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

  • Multilingual skills (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in a small-to-mid-size or fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience working directly with executives or founders.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, or warehouse management software.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
  • Performance bonuses tied to operational efficiency, team success, and customer satisfaction
  • Opportunities for growth incentives (profit-sharing or equity potential as the company scales)
  • Flexible scheduling, extra PTO opportunities, and recognition rewards
