Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the Austin/San Antonio area.
Job Classification: Full-time, salary-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Location: Austin/San Antonio, TX
Workstyle: On-Site, In the field 3 days a week
Travel: 50%
Responsibilities:
Generate new business prospects to drive Doodie Call’s expansion through inbound and outbound efforts.
Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack by formulating targeted lists, calling strategies, and messaging that cultivate opportunities for new business.
Track all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using NetSuite (including calls, prospect pipeline, quotes, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Exercise the freedom to go beyond your designated role, contributing to Doodie Calls’s overall success
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the marketplace
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets from total sales revenue and recurring business.
Ensure new and existing clients are satisfied with service provided. Relationship doesn't end after the sale is complete.
Requirements:
6 months Sales Development or Outbound sales role focused on prospecting new business preferred
Aspire to build a career in sales
Determination to deliver results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation: Base salary is $65,000 annual, but the commission opportunity allows for a higher salary, estimated to be about $150,000 annual. Vehicle is provided.
