Job Title: Painter (Full-Time)

Location: Army Residence Community – San Antonio, TX

Pay: $15.00 – $17.48 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-hour shifts | Weekend & holiday availability may be required

Position Summary

The Army Residence Community is currently accepting applications for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our Design Studio Team. This full-time position requires experience in both preparation and application of various types of paints and coatings across a variety of surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (patching, sanding, cleaning, masking).
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Follow work orders and complete assignments in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify and report needed repairs or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of painting experience required.
• Broad knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
