Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

Compensation: $104,312 – $167,772 (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with physicians and care teams, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes. While 1–2 years of pediatric experience is preferred, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based care, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient health needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives.
Coordinate care with team members, other departments, and community providers.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program in Pediatrics.
Active or eligible APRN license in the State of Connecticut.
DEA and State of Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligibility).
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide culturally competent care.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
