Compensation: $104,312 – $167,772 (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with physicians and care teams, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes. While 1–2 years of pediatric experience is preferred, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives.
• Coordinate care with team members, other departments, and community providers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible APRN license in the State of Connecticut.
• DEA and State of Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide culturally competent care.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
