Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents in collaboration with pediatric physicians.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, refer to specialists as needed, and coordinate care across disciplines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
Engage in culturally competent care and build meaningful relationships with a diverse patient population.
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
Licensed (or eligible) APRN in the State of Connecticut.
DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligible).
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based care.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience in a pediatric setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
