Compensation: $115K–$150K DOE
Loan Repayment Eligible: Up to $75K through NHSC for qualifying candidates

Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy outpatient pediatric practice in Manchester, CT. This is a full-time role providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on compassion, accessibility, and quality outcomes. Candidates interested in loan repayment may qualify for up to $75,000 in assistance through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) for a two-year full-time service commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, physicals, and evaluations for both acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and manage pediatric care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
Provide patient and family education on preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Participate in patient follow-up and care coordination.
Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and health professionals.
Requirements
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Connecticut.
Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Practice with pediatric experience.
Connecticut Controlled Substance license and DEA registration.
BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
Strong communication, organizational, and patient engagement skills.
Experience in pediatrics preferred; recent graduates with pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply.
