Position Overview

This on-site position is based in Fort Washington, MD, at The LDM Group, LLC headquarters. It offers a valuable opportunity to contribute at a foundational level. The President will be prepared to lead the organization’s mission, foster growth in Trump Administration initiatives, and enhance revenue during the initial phase. Responsibilities encompass developing and leading strategic initiatives, overseeing business unit operations, optimizing efficiency, fostering workplace diversity, and steering the company toward operational excellence and success. The President will report directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing C-level and V-level executives
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Experience in government contracting (GovCon) and management consulting
• Financial management, budgeting, and operational expertise
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of contract management and federal reporting requirements
• Track record of restructuring, business growth, and achieving organizational goals
• Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work culture
• Ability to make tough decisions
• Master’s degree in Business Administration; PMP certification is a plus
• Over 10 years of executive-level experience
• Established industry relationships and a strong professional network
