PD to serve as the primary interface to the Program Manager and COR.
The PD shall maintain supervisory control over all personnel assigned to perform work under this contract.
The PD must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in managing human resources operation projects and a minimum of ten (10) years experience working in multiple HR functional areas, including but not limited to staffing, classification, human capital management, employee relations, and human resources systems.
Must be knowledgeable in HR laws, regulations, and policies and ensure they are effectively applied in all HR matters.
The PD must possess the ability to lead teams, manage expectations, and set priorities for multiple clients.
Develop project plans in collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders to execute various HR projects, including scope, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.
Strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management skills, and problem-solving skills.
