Base pay range
The Program Specialist I provides day-to-day support to team members throughout the planning, implementation, and delivery of Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) programs. The incumbent supports project related requests as assigned by the Director, Professional Education in Neurodevelopment and Project ECHO Program Manager, and helps coordinate communication related to ECHO sessions, participants and research. This position may provide support by monitoring registrations, tracking session attendance, maintaining program documentation, scheduling meetings, assisting with creation of agendas and other session materials, and troubleshooting/technical assistance during ECHO sessions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact with program participants, providing customer service and technical assistance. Facilitate communication between program participants and the ECHO team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and videoconference training sessions.
- Attend and actively participate in ECHO program staff meetings.
- Attend and monitor ECHO sessions to monitor HIPAA compliance and oversee the collection and distribution of course materials and case presentations.
- Maintain program calendars and schedules.
- Participate in the development and design of program materials.
- Assist in the development of ECHO session agendas in collaboration with program leadership and facilitators.
- Maintain program documentation and records.
- Work closely with ECHO teams to ensure required documentation is submitted to meet Continuing Medical Education standards.
- Assist with the promotion of ECHO in collaboration with the Director, Professional Education in Neurodevelopment and Program Manager.
- Collaborate with the Database Manager to collect, enter, and compile program data.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Director, Professional Education in Neurodevelopment on planning and implementation activities and timelines for ECHO programs.
- Assist with manuscript and grant preparations by conducting literature searches, developing bibliography and reference pages, and editing and formatting documents.
- Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and renewals, as necessary, ensuring adherence to all applicable deadlines and requirements.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum two years of related program coordination experience required, preferably in a public health, healthcare, or administrative/operations environment.
Minimum pay range
USD $45,176.35/Yr.
Maximum pay range
USD $75,492.14/Yr.
