Property Manager

GloballyHired has been engaged by a multifamily housing group in Washington, D.C. to hire a Property Manager for immediate hire. This role is remote, though periodic on-site presence is required for property visits and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and vendor oversight.

Position Details

As a Property Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring properties are well-maintained, financially stable, and fully compliant. You’ll oversee budgets, leasing operations, and service providers while driving tenant satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll also manage day-to-day operations, from coordinating move-ins and renewals to handling vendor negotiations and tracking occupancy trends. You’ll resolve tenant concerns in real time and provide ownership with accurate financial and operational reporting to support long-term property performance.

What We’re Looking For

-3–5 years of property management experience with residential or mixed-use properties.

-Proven skills in tenant relations and lease administration.

-Strong knowledge of D.C. landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.

-Experience managing operating budgets, rent collection, and expense reporting.

-Ability to oversee maintenance and vendor contracts.

-Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environments.

Compensation

This is a temporary role in Washington, D.C., with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Compensation ranges from $28–$42 per hour, depending on experience.
