About The Role
Comprising of KEVIN.MURPHY, KMV, BELLUDIO, KEVIN.MURPHY MID-ATLANTIC and SHOWPONY. Sold in over 65 countries and with a global workforce of over 250 passionate team members.
This role is under our KEVIN.MURPHY MID-ATLANTIC brand and we are actively searching for our next Regional Salon Manager (Regional Sales Manager).
We are passionate about beauty trends and helping salons flourish and want someone aligned to us. Beautyscope is the go-to distributor of professional salon products in the vibrant Mid-Atlantic.
As a key player in our team, you'll be the driving force behind achieving monthly strategic and sales goals while nurturing salon relationships. Armed with your charm and expertise, you'll embark on exciting in-field adventures, ensuring our products shine in every salon.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Marketing, or related field/industry experience.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, leveraging market insights to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong rapport with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and implement enhancements for optimal performance.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage regional budgets to maximize ROI and resource allocation.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving expansion and partnerships.
