Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced REMOTE Audit Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including fieldwork and wrap-up phases.
• Review and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop audit strategies and objectives.
• Ensure that audits are completed within budget and on schedule.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification or CPA eligible.
• Minimum of 3+ years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Experience with Not-For-Profit (NFP) organizations and Broker-Dealer audits is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
