Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the San Antonio Area for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining health and safety standards. Additional duties include training and hiring staff, resolving customer complaints, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
  • Desire and fire to learn, tuition free and paid, from an industry professional.
