Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build Raiinmaker’s B2B sales pipeline in Europe and beyond. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, initiating outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team. What You’ll Do
Research and identify high-potential customers across Web3, AI, gaming, and digital media sectors
Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and social outreach campaigns
Qualify inbound leads and schedule intro calls
Manage lead tracking and follow-ups in our CRM
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize targeting and messaging
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English speaker (additional languages are a plus)
1+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Basic understanding or interest in blockchain, AI, and decentralized tech
Self-motivated and based in the Canary Islands (remote work encouraged)
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B tech sales, lead generation, or SaaS/AI startup environments
Familiarity with basic AI concepts such as model training, human-in-the-loop validation, or prompt engineering (even through self-study or online courses)
Strong research ability and intellectual curiosity able to investigate verticals like AI tooling, synthetic data, DePIN, and data validation markets
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
Clear and concise communicator - able to translate technical product features into simple value props
Passion for emerging technologies - bonus if you’ve worked at or sold into startups in AI, data science, blockchain, or cloud infrastructure
