About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who excels not only in GTM planning and execution, but also in clear, persuasive, and cross-functional communication. In this role, you will act as the bridge between sales leadership, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure GTM initiatives are understood, adopted, and executed effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Product, Internal System(CRM etc.), Business Analysis and other departments.
  • Translate complex GTM strategies, incentive plans, and process changes into clear, actionable messaging for frontline sales teams.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, enablement sessions, and leadership updates

GTM Planning & Rollout

  • Support the design and communication of territory models, quota assignments, and coverage strategies.
  • Partner with leaders to roll out new sales motions and programs, ensuring team buy-in and understanding.
  • Build executive-level presentations and reports to articulate progress, risks, and opportunities.

Process & Policy Communication

  • Own the clear documentation and distribution of sales processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure change management is supported by comprehensive communication plans, including timelines, FAQs, and training resources.
  • Proactively gather feedback from the field and loop insights back into process improvements.

Enablement & Training Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop communication materials, battle cards, and how-to guides.
  • Host or co-host team calls, webinars, and workshops to reinforce adoption of new processes and tools.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Operation in a SaaS or Tech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools preferred.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
