As a Senior Business Analyst , you’ll play a critical role in bridging client needs and technical execution. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
  • Develop business specifications in collaboration with clients to shape technology-driven solutions.
  • Analyze, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support strategic goals.
  • Create conceptual data/process models and workflows aligned with project needs.
  • Participate in or lead requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance activities while coordinating cross-functionally to streamline delivery
  • Approve and validate test results to ensure alignment with business intent.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with business process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft tools, SQL, or relational databases.
  • Curiosity and initiative to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ in Medicaid/Medicare preferred

  • Minimal travel (0–10%) depending on project requirements

The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
