The Senior Director, Deposit Operations, will lead the Deposit Operations Department by developing and implementing strategies to ensure successful achievement of service level agreements and credit union partner initiatives. Deposit Operations includes general and specialty work (member requests, return mail, check processing, IRA, legal, tax reporting, and others), card maintenance and disputes, and ACH, check, and wire processing.

Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products, and services.
Thorough understanding of Deposit Operations tasks, activities, regulations, policies, and standard practices.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field required.
15 years of relevant work experience required.
9 years of management experience required.
In depth knowledge of Regulatory and standard practice requirements pertaining to Deposit Operations.
NACHA accredited/certification highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Proven capability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external business relationships, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Extensive experience in performance leadership, with a track record of driving teams towards high achievement.

Salary commensurate with experience with an expected range of $165,000 - $185,000.
