Job Overview
The Senior Engagement Program Manager will oversee all centralized administration of all deliverables, senior leadership engagement, overall coordination and implementation of Task Order services, planning, directing, and coordinating contractor personnel.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior level of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Performs business development activities, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum of 8 years specialized experience (or 10 years general experience, with at least 3 years program management and 2 years managing complex business functions).
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
