Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the general ledger process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close
  • Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, accrual schedules, and internal controls
  • Play a key role in financial systems optimization (especially Workday ERP) and reporting enhancements
  • Support audit preparation and act as a liaison for in-country and domestic audit teams
  • Review and release accounts payable entries and manage vendor-related escalations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on GL ownership, month-end close, and reconciliations
  • CPA or advanced degree
  • Experience working with Workday, Concur, and multi-cost center GL environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
