Senior Mechanical Engineer – Hybrid (Denver Metro)

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of mechanical and facilities-related projects for a variety of clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, sustainability-focused projects.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain client relationships while leading MEP/facilities project delivery
• Design HVAC, plumbing, geothermal, co-generation, and other mechanical systems — from basic to highly complex
• Focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building design
• Develop proposals and collaborate with internal teams on RFP responses
• Review and sign off on designs for regulatory compliance and quality assurance
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across project teams
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Architectural, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proven track record of mechanical/facilities design experience
• Expertise in CADD (3D/4D), Microsoft Office, and industry-standard design tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects and driving quality control
• Ability to guide and develop junior engineering talent
