Senior Tax Manager
Our client is a specialized Mid-Size CPA Firm located in Baltimore, MD who are actively seeking talented Tax Manager to join their team on a Fully Remote Schedule.
The Firm was founded by former BIG 4 Tax Executives who set out to build a firm that retains the best aspects of a BIG firm setting while eliminating the noise that can slow a business down and does not add value.
This firm is known for offering an Exceptional Work-Life-Balance with limited Busy Season Hours (no more than 55 hours per week) and no set billable hours. There is also room for Career Growth in this opportunity as well. The Firm prides themselves on putting in place concise career paths for individuals who are serious about making it to Partner!!!
Benefits Include:
Base Salary: $150,000 to 185,000
10% Yearly Bonus (Paid in May and November)
Yearly Discretionary Bonus (has been paid to all employees for the past decade)
Healthcare, Vision, Dental (Similar to BIG 4 Benefits)
401k w/ 4% Firm Contribution regardless of whether the individual matches or not.
Unlimited PTO
Qualifications:
CPA required
5+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally with Big Four or second-tier firm experience
