We draw on our technical expertise and our understanding of how tax fits into the broader business landscape to help clients manage their U.S. income tax reporting obligations. Our work spans insurance, hedge funds, private equity funds, private clients, and local tax laws and regulations in our respective jurisdictions, including Economic Substance, Pillar 2, VAT, and AEOI (FATCA/CRS).
Senior Tax Manager
As a member of our tax management team, the Senior Manager will contribute to the growth and development of our Tax practice while overseeing and participating in the preparation of U.S. income tax returns, with a focus on partnerships and fund clients.
Requirements
CPA, EA, or legal professional designation (LLM in Tax preferred)
6-8 years of U.S. tax experience
Solid understanding of U.S. federal income tax return preparation
Experience in U.S. partnership tax and asset management (hedge funds/private equity)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience managing and mentoring staff
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods
Relocation to Cayman (assistance and work permit sponsorship provided)
