Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President of Channel Partners to build and lead Airtower’s end-to-end partner program. This is a critical executive leadership role with responsibility for developing the diverse ecosystem that will accelerate our growth and market reach.

This individual will oversee and manage all partner channels — including strategic alliances, OEM and technology partners, integration partners, sell-through and sell-with models, sales agents, and referral programs. The ideal candidate brings deep telecom and wireless infrastructure experience, a track record of building scalable partner programs, and strong operational and leadership skills.

Location: Remote (Preferred: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Nashville, Boston, Chicago, or Tampa)

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Type: Full-time, Executive Leadership

Base range for this position is 200-250K; bonus/variable 200K

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Airtower’s comprehensive partner strategy across all partner types
  • Develop scalable programs for onboarding, enablement, incentives, and performance management
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through co-sell, co-market, and joint planning initiatives
  • Establish and manage a national sales agent and referral partner program with supporting infrastructure
  • Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding materials, welcome kits, and ongoing education programs to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to successfully represent Airtower
  • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal
  • Utilize HubSpot and other platforms to manage partner lifecycle, attribution, and reporting
  • Represent Airtower at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or business development within telecom, wireless, DAS, Wi-Fi, or network infrastructure
  • Proven success building and scaling diverse partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience leading partner or channel teams
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies with carriers, OEMs, and channel partners
  • Experience with partner management platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Based in or willing to relocate to a priority Airtower market
