Sr Program Manager, GenAI, WW Prime UX

WW Prime UX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic planning and design operations, with a special focus on measuring design impact overall and accelerating the adoption of generative AI technologies. This role will be responsible for establishing metrics frameworks, optimizing design operations, and leading key programs that enhance our design capabilities through AI innovation. This role will report directly to the WW Prime UX Director. Prime is the world's most valuable membership service. We are looking for a Product Manager capable of elevating our design operations in support of our team and Prime customers.

Key job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.

• Proven track record of establishing design measurement frameworks
• Expert in enhancing cross-organizational design programs and mechanisms
• Strong ability to navigate complex trade-offs and prioritize resources

The Amazon Prime UX Design team is at the heart of the Prime membership by driving customer obsession. We innovate and design on behalf of our customers and are relentlessly focused on improving the membership experience to delight customers around the globe. Our team includes ~ 30 designers, researchers, writers and design technologists.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 7+ years of leading large complex programs experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
