Staff Accountant

We are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our experienced accounting team. The Staff Accountant will report to the Controller and be responsible for various duties across the accounting spectrum and will work with people across the entire company. The ability to handle large amounts of information, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and forge good working relationships and effective lines of communication across the organization will be necessary factors for success.

The person who fills this position will:

· Manage cash receipts across domestic and international business lines

· Assist with invoicing clients and collections

· Manage accounting processes for trade vendor contracts.

· A/P processing

· Prepare monthly reports, reconcile balances, and take responsibility for part of the month-end closing process

Some of the qualifications / experience we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business field

· 1-3 years related experience

· Various accounting system experience is a plus, but not required

· Ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Able to communicate and interact with all types of people, and ability to work with them to achieve our desired outcomes and meet our deadlines
