What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure all financial areas of the hotel, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Night Audit, and Payroll are all administered appropriately and effectively.
  • Review and process night audit daily packets, prepare documents for GM signature.
  • Ensure proper controls are in place and monitored throughout the hotel to maximize profits or minimize losses by retaining revenues, reducing expenses and safeguarding hotel assets.
  • Work with above property Controller to accurately complete payroll preparation, bi-weekly overtime report, bi-weekly tip allocation report and distribute bi-weekly payroll checks to department heads.
  • Provide cross-departmental support on an as needed basis. This exposure offers valuable opportunities to gain a broader understanding of hotel operations while supporting professional growth in the hospitality field.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as new hire onboarding, employment verification, and other administrative HR support.
  • This is an administrative role, for centralized accounting in a hotel, reporting to the General Manager of the hotel.
