We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Systems Analyst (JIPOE) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Reston, VA. In this role, you’ll provide expert analysis on foreign nuclear programs, proliferation networks, and weapons development pathways to help the U.S. and its allies stay ahead of emerging threats.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct all-source analysis on foreign nuclear programs, facilities, stockpiles, and vulnerabilities.
• Assess nuclear weapons proliferation, supply chains, and State-level treaty adherence.
• Deliver high-impact intelligence products at the strategic and operational levels.
• Apply expertise in WMD, counter-proliferation, network analysis, and big-data tools.
• Support DIA’s mission to provide timely, actionable intelligence to decision-makers.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 12 years total experience without a degree
• Expertise in nuclear fuel cycle and weapons development pathways
• Strong background writing all-source intelligence products
• Experience with Intel databases (M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach, SIGINT databases, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and analytic techniques
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (or ability to obtain)

Preferred:

• Advanced technical specialization in nuclear weapons development and fuel cycles
