Position Overview:

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful execution of projects across various locations in the U.S. The ideal candidate must be based in San Antonio and open to regular travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on job sites
• Lead subcontractors and field teams effectively
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and provide progress updates

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction
• Must be based in San Antonio, TX
• Willing and able to travel nationwide for projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record managing commercial projects from start to finish
