Job Summary
Englewood Health seeks a proven leader for the Ultrasound Department. The Supervisor of Radiology Ultrasound is responsible for supervising staff and daily operations of the Ultrasound Department. Provides patient services using the ultrasound imaging modality. Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams for subsequent interpretation by radiologist and for procedures requiring ultrasonic aid. Demonstrates by example and nurtures in staff the Standards for Service Excellence example and nurtures in staff the Standards for Service Excellence so that these standards represent minimum accepted behavior. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Ultrasound Department. Manage staff for optimum performance.

**Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.**
Minimum of 3 years of Ultrasound Technologist hospital experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of Radiology/Ultrasound Department supervisory experience required.
Must be a registered diagnostic sonographer (ARDMS).
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and planning skills are required.
Demonstrates standards for Service Excellence.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in work experience.
License/Certification/Registry
Registered-RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
BLS Certification can be acquired after hire date

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
