Supplier Quality Engineer

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct Supplier Qualification and Onboarding
• Assess Supplier Performance Monitoring
• Manage quality audits and assessments
• Execute Problem Resolution and Root Cause Analysis
• Establish Operate Supplier Development Program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
• Understanding of substrates or semiconductor process required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Japanese/English verbal and written communication required
• Ability to operate and understand partner core tool is required (VDA Process Auditor/Core Tool training)

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• International Quality Standard Lead Auditor qualification

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Quality or similar industry

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of Quality experience
• Experiences in Manufacturing
• Previous experience with Supplier Quality & Environmental Control
