Global Law Firm – Strategic Growth Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the annual strategic growth plan by leading recruiting/sourcing strategies and building strong candidate pipelines.
- Partner with Group and Business Unit leaders to identify talent needs aligned with business plans.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluations, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage and mentor recruiting staff while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, including newsletters, brochures, outreach campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate across departments on recruiting, onboarding, and integration.
- Research lateral markets, track industry trends, and support diversity recruiting efforts in partnership with the Director of D&I.
- Assist with other strategic growth projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or healthcare consulting.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and manage recruiting strategies at scale.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, and ATS systems (viDesktop a plus).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
