Global Law Firm – Strategic Growth Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual strategic growth plan by leading recruiting/sourcing strategies and building strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with Group and Business Unit leaders to identify talent needs aligned with business plans.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluations, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage and mentor recruiting staff while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including newsletters, brochures, outreach campaigns, and website content.
  • Collaborate across departments on recruiting, onboarding, and integration.
  • Research lateral markets, track industry trends, and support diversity recruiting efforts in partnership with the Director of D&I.
  • Assist with other strategic growth projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or healthcare consulting.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and manage recruiting strategies at scale.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, and ATS systems (viDesktop a plus).
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
