We are searching for a dynamic Tax Manager looking to grow with our firm and whose mission is to help our clients flourish and thrive. Responsibilities And Duties
Prepare individual, business and trust and estate tax returns.
Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation and planning.
Work closely with clients to ensure performance of tax planning and special projects.
Conduct final reviews of completed tax returns/forms, suggesting necessary edits prior to filing.
Research and resolve tax and accounting issues as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and effective collaboration with other financial professionals.
Represent and assist clients with IRS, state, and other governmental requests or audits as needed.
Ensure compliance with professional standards and state and federal regulatory requirements.
Required Skills

Qualifications
5+ years of tax preparation and research experience, with an emphasis on income tax returns preferred.
1+ year of final tax return sign-off experience.
Current CPA (Active Status) or EA Certification / Designation.
Experience with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred) and Office software (MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe).
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 - $170,000 Base Annual Salary.
