Tax Supervisor (CPA or EA - Hybrid)

We're a growing Maryland-based CPA firm offering tax, financial planning, and advisory services seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead client engagements and support financial success through expert, personalized service!

Key Responsibilities

• Prep, Review and engage with clients for various entities
• S Corps, C Corps, partnerships, and non-profits
• Review and manage tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  

Qualifications

• BS Accounting
• CPA or EA required
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting tax experience
• Experience with heavy review and client engagement experience
• experience with preperation various tax returns such as 1065, 1120, and 1120 and non profits
• Experience in managing and mentoring staff in a tax environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
