EVP- Business Development and Strategy at 360 Technology LLC
Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Engineering Manager with strong hands-on Python development expertise, cloud-native architecture experience (AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps), and a background in leading high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have exposure to data platforms and a keen interest in building scalable systems within the Financial Services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Own the technical delivery of projects involving Python, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and infrastructure.
Drive DevOps best practices across CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
Provide technical mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support to team members.
Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
Manage engineering timelines, technical risks, and delivery expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with data platforms and data-driven applications.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Prior experience in Risk Tech, Equities, Capital Markets, Fixed Income Trading, or Regulatory systems.
Ability to quickly pick up domain knowledge with support and training.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
