Urgent Care - Lead Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP)

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to join our team as a Lead Provider, responsible for providing exceptional care and making a real impact on the lives of our patients within our urgent care clinic. Lead Providers act as clinical leaders for all clinical staff, mentoring and supporting new-grad providers as well as allied healthcare professionals. The role is ideal for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentorship, and is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care through health assessments, physical exams, and reviewing medical histories; assessing patient health; determining abnormal conditions by ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests; performing therapeutic procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound management; educating and counseling patients; maintaining documentation and compliance with medical records and legal requirements; collaborating with healthcare teams; acting as a clinic leader and mentor; and maintaining professional knowledge through continuing education. Required qualifications include a Master's degree and certification as a PA or NP, a DEA license without restrictions, BLS certification, clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care or ambulatory care preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, compassion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
