  • Work Dates Needed: Nov 1, 2025 - Mar 31-2026
  • Preferred Schedule: Emphasis is Weekend Coverage, but will review Mon-Fri availability - 12hr day shifts (8a-8p)
  • Worksite Setting: Urgent Care
  • Scope of Work:
    • Diagnose and treat non-emergency illnesses and injuries
    • Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting)
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs)
    • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
    • Document visits using electronic medical records (EMR)
    • Collaborate with clinical support staff
    • Refer patients to specialists or primary care as needed
    • Ensure timely, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting
    • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license, Active CT DEA; BC (PA-C (EM) or NP-C (EM) ; Must be trained in Emergency Medicine; ACLS/BLS/PALS/ATLS; Disclose any claims and include NPBD report
    • EMR: Cerner
