Veterinary Receptionist

Are you a people person and an animal lover? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate veterinary receptionist to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting clients and their pets
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and keeping records tidy
• Supporting our veterinary team with communication and coordination
• Keeping the front desk area organized and sanitized
• Working collaboratively with colleagues
