Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement measurable enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong risk management practices.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and represent the organization to external entities.
- Collaborate with the executive team in strategic planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in nonprofit or educational organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using technology and software tools to streamline operations.
