CSP has partnered with a growing professional services firm to help identify a VP of Tax for their Baltimore HQ. They are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to lead their tax planning and compliance functions. The ideal candidate possess pass-through entity experience, a strong background in tax law and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute enterprise tax strategy for a multi-state pass-through entity
Oversee all partnership tax compliance, reporting, and partner distributions
Advise executives and the Board on strategic transactions and ownership structures
Manage international tax matters with limited cross-border oversight
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing tax team
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or JD required; MST or LLM in Taxation preferred
12+ years of tax leadership experience with deep expertise in partnership taxation
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership
Proven ability to lead a tax function in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
