As the VP, Sales Strategy, you will be the architect of our sales organization's future, responsible for defining the overarching strategy that propels us toward aggressive revenue targets. You will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the Sales Leadership Team, providing the strategic framework and analytical rigor necessary to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and operational excellence. Responsibilities include designing and owning the multi-year sales strategy, leading market and competitive intelligence, optimizing sales performance, collaborating cross-functionally, defining sales enablement and tooling strategy, establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms, and spearheading special projects and innovation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred), 10+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy or related fields, proven track record in sales strategy implementation, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in leading high-performing teams.
