We are looking to add a Vice President of Talent Management to drive organizational capability through strategic performance management, talent optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position will focus on talent priorities within performance management, organizational design, productivity enhancement, talent analytics, strategic workforce planning, and learning and development initiatives that support elevating organizational capabilities, aligning with our mission, values, and culture. As a leader within People, you will be responsible for developing the team, its culture, and its operations through this exciting growth phase. You will support, mentor, and coach your team members, as well as others across the organization, to their highest potential, performance, and growth. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing performance management infrastructure, leading productivity enhancement initiatives, developing employee engagement strategies, establishing KPIs, providing guidance on performance management best practices, conducting organizational capability assessments, leading organizational design initiatives, implementing talent optimization strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting strategic workforce planning, developing and utilizing talent analytics, creating dashboards and reports, conducting workforce planning analyses, partnering with business leaders for talent strategies, designing and delivering learning programs, integrating learning with performance management, leveraging AI for learning delivery, and ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications include 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), extensive experience in performance management systems, expertise in organizational design and talent optimization, strong analytical skills, experience with talent analytics and workforce planning, project management skills, ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, strategic thinking, and experience in technology or e-commerce companies driving high performing teams.
