Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled White Collar Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigating complex cases involving white collar crime, fraud, and corporate investigations. This position focuses on representing clients in high-stakes legal matters and delivering strategic legal solutions to protect their interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in white collar criminal cases and related civil litigation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of fraud and misconduct.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding compliance and risk management.
  • Prepare and present arguments in court during trials and hearings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in white collar litigation or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state criminal laws regarding fraud and investigations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
