Welcome to Part 2 of adopting an innovation framework. We'll build off the work you and Ioana did in the previous video and now explore Steps 4 and 5. For the fourth step, you'll craft a compelling vision statement. This has the power to unite people around your passion. It tells others what you're doing and why you're doing it. Empowers people to independently act in service of the project and inspires everyone to realize a shared goal. Here are helpful steps to write your vision statement. First, think about your chosen wave or combination of waves. Next, write how your solution benefits the people it will serve. Write how it will add value to your organization. Fourth, blend these statements into a single sentence. Lastly, wordsmith this statement until it is clear and motivating to you and others.
