So, the first thing that Google Maps does is when you open the app is it shows up and it says, where are you? Are you this blue dot? Where are you? Because what Google Maps wants to know is it wants data to know what your current state is, right? That's part of their process. Well, that's what I advocate Employee Resource Groups should do, is before they start putting a plan together, the very first step is for them to get a better sense of what is the current state of their Employee Resource Group. Oftentimes, the way ERGs will do that is they'll do a SWOT analysis of their ERG. So, they'll look at what are the strengths of our Employee Resource Group. What are the things we do well? What are some weakness areas? What are things that we're struggling with and are getting in the way of our performance?
