Now, let's talk about Employee Resource Group metrics. Metrics are critically important to Employee Resource Groups because metrics allow an ERG to convey and demonstrate the impact that they have on an organization. Without metrics, it's very difficult for ERGs to articulate and quantify the impact of all their work. So, what we're going to talk about here is, why are ERGs important with regards to leveraging metrics? And, what are some of those key considerations? So, for example, you know ERGs need metrics to help track their activity, right? You know, an organization needs to know, how many members does your ERG have? Do you have chapters? If so, how many how many events did you hold last year? How many people came to those events? So, you need metrics that will allow you to track your activity.
