So to kind of wrap up this module on core ideology, I thought the best way to do that was to give you an example. So, here is the core ideology of an organization's Latino Employee Resource Group I worked with not that long ago, and they put their core ideology in a one page document. So, you can see here, in this image, you see the name of the Employee Resource Group. You see that they've articulated their mission, very clearly. You see that this Latino Employee Resource Group has a vision. Right? They've outlined their core values or key principles, Guiding Principles. And then they even leveraged the 4C Model and said these are the things we're going to work on in this next calendar year. This is an excellent example of a robust, vivid, compelling and well-articulated core ideology.
